A golden blond beer with a rich foam collar and a fruity yet spicy bouquet. The beer is brewed with four different kinds of malt

Cherry Chouffe - Fruit Beer
Soft and delicate giving pride of place to cherries with notes of strawberry, almond, spices and sweet port. Very slight bitterness.
8% ABV
Floris - Kriek
Soft and sweet fruity beer with a touch of nuts (cherry stones) and a sourish aftertaste, coming from the sour cherries. Excellent balance between the wheat beer and the wild sour cherries.

Kasteel Rubus - Fruit Beer
Kasteel Rubus Framboise is a full-bodied beer with a delicately pearling light pink head. While the ripe raspberries tickle all the senses, a slightly malty undertone appears in the nose. The flavour is a perfect balance of sweet ripe fruits and slightly bitter undertones.

Kasteel Donker - Quadrupel
A full-bodied beer with clear notes of caramel, coffee and chocolate. Surprisingly complex and very accessible.

Kasteel Rouge - Fruited Dubbel
A beer for lovers of sweet cherries. A Kasteel Donker base contributes touches of chocolate and pepper to this cherry beer

Maredsous 6 - Blonde
Traditional Abbey blonde. A golden to orange colour with a lacey white head is still drank daily at lunch by the monks who brew it

La Chouffe
La Chouffe starts off with some citrus notes, followed by a refreshing touch, pleasantly spiced to give it great brightness. This golden beer, with its light taste of hops, was the very first to come out of the Achouffe brewery’s vats 40 years ago.

Orval 2022 - Pale Ale
Very complex. A slight maltiness and fruitiness with an earthy, herbal, peppery bitterness that ages in the bottle for more intensity

2021 bottle-aged Orval intensifies the flavours of the younger bottles giving a further depth of herbal bitterness.

St Bernardus Pater 6 - Dubbel
Chestnut in color, very fruity with notes of melon and very fresh banana, finishing with slight bitterness.

St Bernardus Prior 8 - Dubbel
Ruby to purple color, smooth, creamy richness of texture that is almost oily, and a malt-fruit complexity reminiscent of coconut.

St Bernardus Abt 12 - Quadrupel
A fruity aroma, full of complex flavours with a long bittersweet finish with a full-bodied taste between malty, bitter and sweet.

Delirium Tremens
With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. Sweet, biscuit malt backbone, supported by pleasant warmth and spice, finishes well rounded, floral, and dry.

Tripel Karmeliet - Tripel
Recipe dating back to 1679 expect a golden beer with the freshness of wheat, creaminess of oats and spicy-lemony dryness.

Gulden Draak
It is a dark tripel, which in itself makes it an exceptional beer, but the complex taste with notes of caramel, roasted malt and coffee makes it unique.

Chimay Blue - Strong Dark Ale
This authentic Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma accents the delightful sensations on the nose, revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note.

A classic Belgian Trappist dubbel. Brewed with ‘dubbel’ malt. Brewed in the Abbey expect a dark brown ale with lasting head
